Claims for Damaged or Defective Items Must be made within 30 business days from the confirmed delivery date.
If any merchandise purchased through this website does not meet your expectations, please file a claim via email to email@example.com (Subject: Returns) with a 'Reason for Return' no later than 30 days from the original confirmed delivery date. After being issued a Return Authorization Number, you will be prompted to return the merchandise along with a copy of the original invoice to the above address.
Please note that we are not responsible for any return shipping costs. Returns will only be accepted on merchandise still in it's original condition. All return packages attempted to be delivered without a Return Authorization Number will be declined and shipped back to the sender.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for accounts to be credited. Other expections apply for International and APO/FPO addresses.
Returned items are subject to inspection.
